PTFE Stainless-filled has excellent wear resistance and remarkable deformation

strengths (stiffness). Stainless-filled PTFE has high wear resistance, load

bearing capability and better chemical resistance than bronze-filled PTFE.

Stainless steel filled PTFE compounds are used for seats and seals requiring high heat and steam applications due to it low creep resistance. PTFE stainless-filled compound is also used in many applications involving food processing.
