Royalite® sheet family comprises highly engineered, performance driven fire rated, static dissipative, weatherable, and general purpose thermoplastic sheet products for a broad range of challenging industrial applications.
Royalite® R20 is a rigid thermoplastics general purpose ABS sheet with very high impact strength and stiffness, excellent high and low tempature performance and outstanding formability.
Royalite® R57 is a rigid thermoplastic sheet that is a fire-rated*, rigid ABS/PVC product specifically developed to meet Federal Aviation Administration requirements. Royalite® R57 passes FAR 25.853b at 0.047" thickness and above. Royalite® R57 combines lightweight ,10 % lighter than PVC /Acrylic, with very high impact strength, high tensile strength and stiffness, and excellent formability and ductility.
Royalite® R59 is a rigid thermoplastic sheet which provides a unique ABS/PVC product that meets many industry flammability standards. Royalite® R59 is recognized under the component program of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. with a classification of 94V-1 at 0.058", 94V-0 at 0.085" and 94-5VA at 0.085". Meets the UL Ball Pressure Test and is 10% lighter than PVC / Acrylic.
Royalite® R52 is a Rigid acrylic/PVC thermoplastic material that combines excellent
stiffness and formability with high impact and tensile strength. All colors Industrial - Trays, tote boxes, ducts,
of this product are recognized under the component program of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. with a classification of 94V-0 at .027" gauge and a UL94-5VA at .051" gauge. R52 has excellent chemical and stain resistance and is available in a variety of standard and customer colors, thickness and blank sizes.
