rod, cut to size and machined components. 

 

Ceram P® UHMW-PE is ideal for high load, high speed and severe sliding abrasion applications. Its high tensile strength and wear resistance have been successful in the lumber, paper, steel, wire and agricultural industries. UHMW-PE Ceram P® virgin polymer and premium additives make it a shatter-resistant alternative to sintered ceramics, reducing parts wear and machine down time.

 

Ceram P® is recognized by the lime-green color, TIVAR® Ceram P® is available in 48" x 120" sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/16" to 2". Ceram P® does not meet FDA or USDA guidelines for food handling/processing.

 

Developed for severe service conditions, Ceram P® outwears and out-performs traditional steel, specialty metals and standard UHMW materials in highly abrasive industrial environments such as:
