PET-P Lubricated is an internally lubricated thermoplastic polyester providing enhanced wear and inertness over general purpose cast nylons and acetal co-polymer products. Containing uniformly dispersed solid lubricant, PET-P Lubricated provides a lower wear rate and coefficient of friction than unmodified polyesters like PET-P, PBT and internally lubricated materials like Delrin® AF blend. PET-P Lubricated is gray in color. PET-P Lubricated is similar or equal to Ertalyte® TX. 

 

PET-P Lubricated excels under both high pressure and velocity conditions. It is also ideally suited for applications involving soft metal such as aluminum and brass. This unique material excels under both high pressure and velocity conditions.PET-P Lubricated is one of the only plastics that can mating each others surfaces. PET-P Lubricated is light grey in color. FDA and USDA compliant. PET-P Lubricated is available in sheet, plate and rod form.
