B.I.R.S. Machine & Supply flange bearings are available in standard natural or virgin UHMW. In corrosion sensitive application, UHMW is the preferred material. UHMW materials are routinely used in food contact applications where wash-down and lubricity are concerns. All of our block bearing products match their metal counterparts for height, centerline and bolt patterns and are, therefore, interchangeable dimensionally.
