B.I.R.S. Machine & Supply is a supplier of Nylatron® Gears and Nylon MD Gears.

 

Nylatron® plastic gears are lightweight, non-rusting, quiet, sacrificial components and they

are able to operate without lubrication due to the moly-disulfide inhibitor or other internal

fillers by mating with metal gears.

 

Nylatron® Gears are a made to order item. We can supply Nylon Spur Gears, Change Gears, Miter Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears and Gear Racks. Metal Gears mating gears and metal, steel and stainless steel hubs are available.
