Nylatron® plastic gears are lightweight, non-rusting, quiet, sacrificial components, and they
can operate without lubrication due to the moly-disulfide inhibitor or other internal fillers
by mating with metal gears.
Nylatron® Gears is a made-to-order item. We can supply Nylon Spur Gears, Change Gears, Miter Gears, Helical Gears, Bevel Gears, and Gear Racks. Metal gears or mating gears machined from bronze, brass, steel, and stainless steel. Steel hubs are also available.
