TEKSLIDE G506 belongs to the TEKSLIDE PTFE bronze compounds family. Each bronze TEKSLIDE PTFE compound have technical behavioral differences. PTFE TEKSLIDE bronze compounds are manufactured to satisfy the heaviest applications, excellent mechanical properties, perfect for machine tool applications. The bronze engineered compounds developed for use in linear bearing element to avoid metal-to-metal sliding contacts. Self lubricating, wear resistant materials providing low friction, stick-slip free operation, better positioning accuracy and repeatability, vibration dampening, long life with minimum wear. PTFE TEKSLIDE G506 is dimensionally stable, maintenance free and can be operated with or without lubrication. PTFE TEKSLIDE G506 is brown in color and has been successfully used in guide way applications. PTFE bronze compound fillers are not good for insulation applications.
