UHMW-PE Anti-static protects against electrical charge build-up. UHMW-PE Antistatic has the same features are standard UHMW-PE like corrosion-resistant, no moisture absorption, reduces noise and has excellent wear and impact resistant. UHMW-PE Anti-static is also self lubricating. Color is black.

 

UHMW-PE Anti-static sheet is an ideal material to use when potentially volatile conditions exist, such as those in munitions plants, conveyors, palletizers, package handling, grain elevators, effectively safeguarding against static discharges.  UHMW-PE Antistatic resists heat and protects robotics, electronics and other products that are sensitive to dust accumulation and electrical charge buildup.

 

UHMW-PE Anti-static sheet has conductive carbon powder mixed thoroughly with the polyethylene resin before the sheets are produced, so the Antistatic properties are consistent throughout the material, even when it is cut, drilled or machined. The Anti-static is build in the sheet and not surface coated like other products. UHMW-PE Anti-static is also available in sheet.
